Distance reiki experience.

I was lying in the dark, comfy, settled and gazing at the ceiling, when a black shadow seems to warp from within the ceiling, getting bigger and lower as if it was coming towards me, which freaked me out a little so I closed my eyes instead. I tried to focus on my breathing but there was a sharp pain in the right side of my chest and my chest started to feel really heavy, inhaling and exhaling were a huge effort, there were a few times I felt as though I physically couldn't breath in or out and I almost shouted down for my inhaler because I felt like I was wheezing and an asthma attack was starting. There was a moment where I felt like lots of hands were circling my head, I could see them, not touching, just lots of pairs of hands  in a circle around my head. There was a grey haze behind my eyelids which kept separating into to black and white spheres like marbles but then merging back into a haze, it felt like they were struggling and fighting to separate but couldn't. The heaviness in my chest then moved into to my arms, and they seemed to tingle, almost in waves along my arms. Right at the end my right hand felt like some one was squeezing it. Not in a bad way, like someone was holding my hand really tightly, it then had a really intense tingly sensation which broke my concentration at exactly 10:33pm.

I found concentrating on my breathing was really hard, my mind did its best to wander, at one point there was an image of triton in my head, fighting Neptune in the sea, then I felt like I was floating in space through stars, I think that's where the grey and the black and white images came from. But the 2 things that really stand out was the hands around my head, which almost felt very protective, and the sensation of someone holding onto my hand tightly.
